One of my favourite views over Eggardon Hill to the sea. A wonderful place to enjoy the changing seasons and look for the deer which can sometimes be seen - if you're lucky.

Tulips for my love

As I painted this small still life I imagined a sailor returning home from a long voyage and bringing his love a bunch of tulips which she placed in the Pink Lustreware Jug with a ship depicted on it. Hopeless romantic !
